Good food but price keeps going up

I was in the mood for Mexican food and stumbled across this place. It's a small eatery off of Northern Ave. The prices were reasonable. A cheese quesadilla was about $3.50, enough slices to share with my boyfriend. The Spanish rice was not too spicy, which I shared with my 10 month old. I ordered the shredded beef chimichanga combination (less than $9). I could only finish 1/2 and took home the other half for lunch. They brought our food to our table within 10-15 mins of ordering. I thought their food was pretty decent in comparison to El Palacio or Plaza Bonita's.
